Beloved Starchild,
In these times we are traversing, the call to strengthen, fortify and clarify our prayers is of the utmost importance!
As we are tested and pulled inwards during these colder months, the cozy and yet fierce medicine of the call to “Winter” and die back, is upon us. The time to shed what is excess, and fortify the central flame of essential truth in us becomes the deeper invitation.
What are we learning about the importance of following our hearts and speaking our truths, especially when its uncomfortable?! Are we standing in integrity and communicating compassionately when challenges arise, continuing to hold a strong vision when we cannot see how our prayers will come to fruit? Are we staying open and flexible while committed to the standards of beauty and quality that are native to our soul’s blueprints and missions in this world?!
We are being polished my friends, forged in the fire and composted in the earth, remember we are doing our small part on behalf of the whole… and we are doing it together.
This month’s video is a little something different~ a guided ritual of sorts to ground and commune with the land, spirits, the transformative presence of grandfather fire, and of course, our voices, in a good & sacred way during this pre~ Solstice window.
I hope you enjoy creating some space to play with the invitation of this video, in the unique way that feels right and true for you~ however simple or elaborate!
Some useful things to gather for your pre~ Winter Solstice Ritual include:
*A blaket or sheepie that can go on the earth
*A candle and fire safe plate/ vessel to hold it
*A lighter
*Water, cacao, tea or some kind of liquid sacrament to offer to the earth
*Organic or homegrown tobacco
*A drum or rattle if you have it
*At least 15-20 minutes for the ritual starting with a few minutes of silent meditation
