Beloved friends,
I am so excited to freshly greet a handful of beautiful new Songha members here for our 40th Edition!
Welcome to our sacred portal of nourishment and connection with the true self through music and deep inquiry at the altar of life.
Thank you to each of you for being here. In the face of these fierce times, I feel our need for sovereign intentional community spaces more than ever.
This “Songha” is a group field devoted to welcoming all parts of us, an energetic web of beauty way tenders who are committed to self responsibility, reflection, and feeding the true while perpetuating the Arts!
Before I share about this month’s song, I would like to name that we are Powerful.
The things that we give our attention to in each moment have the capacity to feed or diminish our light.
When we bring our attention to what is whole and loving within us, we can circulate it through breath, channel it with writing, express it in song, and embody it through movement… all of these actions help us to anchor love more fully onto this planet.
Any amount of time that you spend doing any form of the above, IS actively showing up for all beings.
For real. I know we can feel powerless at times, but our love is the strongest force in the Universe, and the more we take the time to feel it and create from it, no matter how small the inner or outer action, this feeds the resonant ripple of Healing Goodness.
*Just a reminder cuz lets be honest, we need them ALL the time!*
This month’s song came to me as I was trying to sleep. You know that space when your drifting off, liminal and in between… I started hearing these words with melody quietly being sung to me…
I recorded it into my phone right away, and realized that it was my soul bringing her soothing presence as a salve into the agitated and distraught parts of me.
As I continued to sing it over the coming days, I was able to receive more deeply the love transmission from the steady and unwavering, undisturbed source of my existence.
There are no words effusive enough to fully exonerate true help. Connection with our own essence is a great resource of sanity amidst Kali Yuga chaos.

💫In case you missed the Dirty Scoop on Spotify
the last couple months~
I have pulled most of my music off of SPOTIFY due to their lack of integrity and active investments (of musicians money) in AI Warfare organizations. Simply put, spotify is very dark in its dealings, has always monopolized unfairly on musicians profits, paying us little to nothing for our streams while they make millions and subsidize the war machine. Not to mention all music there is free game for AI bots creating “New Music” each day that hijacks real artists musical works without any recourse or copywrite protections. No thank you!
Here is a petition you can sign to support/protect musicians from AI hijack
Please join me in taking a stand and consider moving over to another streaming platform that has more intact ethics. Bandcamp or direct website are still the best options so far when it comes to purchasing music direct from musicians.
For more ethical streaming: I am personally using Tidal these days as a streaming service and it is starting to recommend me good music after using the site tune my music to transfer my liked Artists and playlists over from Spotify!
