I share “One Breath” with a prayer that it lovingly support us in navigating the seasonal thinning of the veils, when the spirit world and our ancestors are closer to these earthly realms. May this carry us through tender and tenderizing inner passages, and help us to stay close to freedom in times of upheaval.
As we contact the many deep feelings, aspects of self, and shadow materials that arise in this winter time, it is so important to soften into the place where we are “Already Well”.
One Breath is a song for embracing the gift of the present moment. Focusing on this breath, we can drop into single pointed presence that allows us to metabolize our feelings, give up our stories, and access the Divine aliveness “Already Free” amidst the appearing chaos.
This song invites us to “stop the mind and break the spell” that has been enchanting us to give our power away and believe ourselves prisoners in, or victims of this creation. Our power is in our awareness, for our awareness itself is the unlimited source of love which holds the ability to respond creatively to any “problem”.
“What is already free when you’re willing to just be? The question holds the answer and the stillness holds the key, and the work that’s only mine to do, to clear the way and claim the right to let this light shine through!”
