🪬Songha Video #30 “The Key”🗝️
Blessed Spring Equinox time beautiful being!
In honor of spring arriving, new life budding, and the flowers of our prayers preparing to sprout… time to really get to the heart of the matter.
This month’s Edition is divinely inspired to focus on alchemyzing our judgements and toxic mental energies (especially the insidious ones that feel justified and pose as “Right”) into love which holds the power to bless and heal.
We are Currently integrating an intense full moon Lunar eclipse (last week), and approaching a new moon solar eclipse (next week). Potent new beginning energies are here and on the horizon!
In this time we are called to embody our virtues, with steady and continuous willfulness.
It is imperative that we cultivate the qualities of patience, perseverance, discernment, kindness, and ultimately, compassion for the many versions of our Self that we are in connection with as “Other”.
Each and every one is a mirror inviting us to put down righteous judgement, and resource ourselves in a deeper humility that is only available when we realize it is all existing within.
For this month’s Songha edition, I would firstly like to acknowledge that due to the shifting landscape of my life, health, and home situation, there was no Songha video last month.
For this, I ask your Forgiveness. This Songha is deeply important to me, and accountability with my commitment to you all is paramount in my heart.
I have been navigating an utterly human time of change, letting go/ Letting GOD!
Amidst this process, I have been working (often frustratedly) to get my new, high quality sound recording set up completed. I was waylayed, but am happy to report that it is finally up and running:)

Who are you judging harshly? Where are you indulging separation consciousness through feeding bitterness, holding grudges, or blaming?
Where are you called to bring more kindness into your immediate experience, and into this world? To yourself, to another?
I invite you to sit somewhere quiet, at your altar or outside.
Follow the roots of any judgement/othering energies~ to the place where it becomes hurt in your own heart. Trace it… to the space where there is pain within you.
Here, feel the feelings.
Let anger come if it does, cry if you need to.
I encourage you to Invoke the divine mother of compassion, to offer the energy of fresh flowing waters and visualize roses, or gaze at physical ones as you direct kindness “innerstanding” and empathy to this place in yourself.
When your you feel complete with this, notice if the landscape or energetic tone has changed. From here, see if softness, tenderness and good will, well wishing and a prayer for healing are available for the “Other”.
See if there is a poem, song or dance that wants to come through you as an expression and manifestation of compassion.
In seeing the hurt that underlies that which we judge in ourselves and others, we are able to take responsibility for how we participate in perpetuating harm.
Here, we can open to Grace and reclaim the virtues that are inherent within our true nature as love.
I invite you to share with me what you are working with having compassion for in this time.
